I’m Lexie! Two time business owner and creative, savvy logic woman. I’ve had the pleasure of working with bench jewelers, creative business owners, corporate C-suite executives, salon owners, stylists + coaches.

While a passion for permanent jewelry ignited the spark, my success wasn't something random that happened over overnight.
I leveraged a decade of prior business ownership experience (wins and losses), coupled with a strong academic foundation in business principles and marketing.
This experience covered a broad spectrum – from marketing and pricing strategies to goal setting, systems management, public relations, psychology and customer service. I honed my skills in client communication, web design, SEO implementation, and creative work, ensuring a well-rounded approach to problem solving and continue to work on strengthening my skill sets.
